It’s not often that I’ve been inspired to take a self portrait recently.  However, on Thursday I joined some friends for a last look at the Shanghai World Expo 2010.  We had arranged VIP entry into a several pavilions (Portugal, Spain, Luxembourg), and generally had a good look around.  I was also able to enter the UK Pavilion with my passport and avoid the queues.

This is the view of the UK Pavilion at night.  It’s called the Seed Cathedral and each rod that sticks out of the building contains seeds from all different plants from around the world.  It’s not he most informative pavilion, but it is certainly a piece of art in itself.
