It is not difficult to find urban regeneration in Shanghai.  The buildings in the foreground are being knocked down to make way for more modern developments of residential building.  Behind are more recent buildings.  None of them are particularly pleasant to look at.  This shot is taken in the Jing An District just off Beijing Lu.
