I seem to have developed an interest and facination with the Shanghai Metro system (and I am very worried that I might be accused of being a train spotter).  Looking back at my images, this isn’t the first time I’ve found myself with a camera in hand taking photographs whilst in a subway style train.  In fact I have images from London Underground, Guangzhou Metro and the Hong Kong Metro.

This image is without people and was taken late one evening.  I like the empty spaces, the mixed lighting (colour temperatures), the lack of people, the adverts for nobody and the general lonliness underground.  There will be more metro images in the future as I am pretty sure I’ll be exploring the idea of metro images again in the future.
